Obituary of Dorothy Peterson

Hilton - Dorothy J Peterson, 50, of Hilton, formerly of Batavia, died Friday, (January 6, 2012) at Unity Health System, in Rochester. Ms. Peterson was born March 22, 1961 in Batavia, a daughter of the late James and Jeanette (Schlegel) Packard. She was a member of the United Church of Christ in Morganville, and will be remembered as a loving and caring person, as well as an avid cat lover. Dorothy greatly enjoyed volunteering her time and talents at the Watkins Glen International Speedway. Surviving are her son, Justin Peterson of Hamburg; her loving companion, Patrick Fuller of Hilton; siblings, Michael Packard of Rochester and Margaret (Dennis) O'Brien of Fl. A niece and a great-nephew also survive. There will be no prior visitation. Dorothy's memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday (January 14, 2012) at the Bohm-Calarco-Smith Funeral Home, 308 East Main Street, Batavia.
