Obituary of Kevin R. Baumgarte

Kevin R. Baumgarte, 43, of Batavia, passed away on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at United Memorial Medical Center.

Kevin was born August 12, 1974 in Poughkeepsie, a son of Dennis and Beverly (Kendall) Baumgarte of Batavia.

Kevin loved spending time with his kids and he worked in the deli department at Tops in Batavia. Surviving along with his parents are his wife, Jessica (Howe) Baumgarte and their children, Isabelle Baumgarte and Jacob Baumgarte; a brother, Scott Baumgarte of Batavia; a sister, Lisa (Larry) Wenner, Jr. of Lovettsville, VA and two nephews, Trip Wenner and Chase Wenner.

Kevin is a brother of the late Brian Paul Baumgarte.

Calling hours are today (March 1st) from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia, where services will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. Kevin will be laid to rest in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Batavia.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
