Mrs.Minor, Mike, Tara and rest of family,
I am deeply saddened for your loss. Mr.Minor "Trav" was a great man and true humanitarian. I have many fond memories of him, especially the times he invited me into his suite at the Bills games for the Miami / Buffalo rival! I was the only Dolphins fan with 20 other screaming Bills fans, his only advice was to keep quiet.
I know you will all miss him and the times you shared and spent with him, but always remember he is with you and when those tough decisions or choices need to be made feel free to talk with him as he will always guide you in the right direction!

Travis was a one-of-a-kind friend. He was loyal, generous, an interesting conversationalist and lunch companion, a caring individual. We both remember seeing him in earlier days when we lived on East Ave. walking with his dog, or driving with him out to Horseshoe Lake. We admired his spirit as he dealt with being wheel-chair bound. It never stopped him from doing the things he wanted to do, and never stopped him from sharing time with others. He was an inspiration to many. Travis, you will be missed for sure, but we are better people for having known you. Rest in peace! Dan and Lorraine Rybak, Williamsville, NY

I am so deeply saddened by the news of Travis's passing. Though I did not know him long, he always made my day a little brighter seeing and being able to wait on him at the credit union. Travis told me stories of his beloved dog, a Golden Retriever, as I have a 1 year old golden puppy. He always had a smile on his face. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. I hope you find peace during this tough time.

Trav was a teammate on our undefeated 1958 football team. He was a pleasure to know and to share the field with. Always a gentleman of high character. For a number of years Trav would invite some of us to attend Bills games with him. So sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family and friends.

Trav was my brother in law for more than 50 years and was the most wonderful person that I have ever known. My memories of him are extensive and too numerous to put into words. He gave with his heart and was selfless and genuine.
I will miss him forever. The way he lived his life and his integrity have made an impression on so many people that had the pleasure of knowing him. Trav was absolute perfection...in every way.

Hundreds and hundreds of years would still not give me half enough time to describe the great man Travis Minor was to me. I met him when I was 21, that was 39 years ago. I worked in the back of the lasting room with Don Dusen as my foreman. You could tell Travis was making his rounds during the late after noon because you could smell his flavorful cigar smoke a mile away. He would check everyone's production and make sure everyone was doing ok. He was always doing the best he could for the factory as a whole. He taught me that I could do anything with the right attitude, my cup was always half full so look at the positive side of things. When the Bills went to the super bowl, Travis gave us a big pizza party, let us decorate the departments and even shaved and colored a buffalo in the back of his head. One year at the summer picnic, we didn't have enough grills to cook all the food .We went to his house, loaded up his grill and cooked enough for all. Those were the good old days at P.W.Minor, when you worked for a family and felt like a family. Many of us will never forget the great man he was.
