I had the pleasure of working with Sally for years at the Batavia VA. I have the fondest of memories of her and her husband John. My condolences to Sue, who was such a loving and devoted daughter- always making her parents so proud! RIP Sally Lukas...

I am so saddened by Sarah's passing. I worked with her and her husband John at the VA a "few" years ago. They were both the epitome of professionalism. Sarah was warm and caring to all who knew her. She and Geri Weiss visited me at my home after the birth of my daughter in 1980. Her eyes lit up whenever she spoke of her daughter Susan. May she rest in the presence of the Lord's light.

Years ago, when I was a brand new nurse, I worked with Sarah at the Veteran’s Hospital in Batavia. She was an excellent mentor to me, always compassionate towards patients and kind to her co-workers. She had a great sense of humor. My sincere condolences to Sarah’s family, and my prayers for her eternal happiness.

Dear Sue, I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. She was an amazing woman. I will always remember attending those Sabres games with her! Losing your mom is a pain like no other on Earth. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Susan, We are so sorry for your loss! Your mother was such a bright light in every ones life. We will always remember how kind she was, especially when we came into town to visit her with Sharon, Gail and John. She was a wonderful hostess and a wonderful aunt. Her carrot cake recipe is a staple in our home. We will serve it this Christmas and always in memory of her life! With sympathy, Marlene and John Grover, along with the rest of our "crew".
